Shelba Jean Ellison

Shelba Jean Ellison, 80, died Monday, November 13, 2017 at Mullican Care Center in Savoy, TX.
She was born May 14, 1937 to William Robert and Elizabeth K. (Darland) Whitsell in Princeton, TX and attended McKinney schools. She married Ira Lee Ellison in 1955. Shelba was a homemaker, enjoyed making crafts, camping, spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren. She was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 17, 2017 at Carson Cemetery in Ector, TX with Reverend Bobby Hancock officiating.
Shelba is survived by her son, Danny Ellison of Pottsboro; her daughter, Debbie Allen and husband Steave of Pottsboro; brother, Billy Whitsell and wife Joye of Blue Ridge; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Brian Ellison, Keith Duckworth and Sharron Ellison.
