I recall lots of humor, laughter and plain old nonsense from ole’ B.A. as he placed car ads in the Denison Herald newspaper. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting B.A. There was always a smile on his face and a story to tell when he walked into the office. I am proud to have met him, as he always brought joy as he stepped into a room. RIP B.A. Praying for strength for each family member. God Bless you all. ~Tina Hagberg

I was the next door neighbor kid “Justin” when I was younger and boy do I remember the times he allowed me and his grandson Michael Mitchell to take the golf cart out for a ride. Ill always remember the times he would yell at the top of his lungs “Michael”…”Michael”…”Michael!” That meant you better get back home quick with the golf cart. He was probably thinking I haven’t seen them two in awhile and they’re probably out getting into trouble with my golf cart. He was probably right. We seemed to hit every mud hole, and hill (especially Michael)! Buddy was such an awesome man. Always smiling! Always outside in his shop tinkering around and hearing that loud telephone buzzer go off. You’ll always be remembered Buddy! Prayers for your family and that these times will be filled with the good memories you left behind.

My memory of B.A. is from the mid 50’s when his young family lived on Walter Road in Gainesville TX and I threw the Dailey Oklahoman for he and his wife for $3.00 a week and relied on him to keep my old 40 something Cushman running. I had left that memory behind until one day at Texas Instruments talking to Mike Mitchell I learned where B.A. had relocated. It is a small world. B.A. probably had a large part in my lifetime interest in 2 wheeled transportation. My condolences Mike.
