David Edward Truelock, 74, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. He was born in Olton, TX on January 5, 1943 to Edward and Kate (Kirkpatrick) Truelock. He attended school in Olton, TX. He was an independent truck driver and retired after having driven many miles. He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Truelock has been cremated according to his wishes and a service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home.
He is survived by his step-son, Swade Truelock of Lubbock, TX; sister, Gaylene Truelock; brother-in-law, Raymond Durham of Littlefield, TX; sister-in-law, Sharron Truelock of Denison, TX and a number of step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his sister, Ulala Durham and his brother, James Truelock.
