Dollie I. Clark

Denison – Dollie I. Clark, 71, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Health Care of Sherman.
The funeral home will be open from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm Sunday with visitation from 3-4 pm.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 27, 2012 at Johnson-Moore Chapel with Reverend Bill Brown from Harless Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Thomas, Dakota Thomas, Samantha Ballou, Jacob Wilson, Tyler Shelby and Darby Ballou. Honorary pallbearer will be Larry Thomas.
Dollie was born in Whitewright, Texas on Janurary 17, 1941 the daughter of Henry and Dollye Grinslade Taylor. She graduated from Whitewright High School in Whitewright, Texas. She and Ronald Dean Clark were married on October 8, 1960 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronald Dean Clark of Denison; son, Robert Dean Clark of Oakland, California; daughter, Peggy I. Brinlee of Sherman, Texas; brothers, Ben Taylor of Achille, Oklahoma, Doyle Taylor of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Larry Gene Taylor of Whitewright, Texas; sisters, Peggy Watts of Fort Worth, Texas, Janet Bean of Sherman, Texas, Jo Sexton of Denison, Texas; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary J. Thomas and four brothers, William, Dale, Donald and Ray.
