Edna Faye Stafford, 82, died Friday, July 27, 2012 at Homestead of Denison.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2012 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Reverend Carol Manery will officiate.
She was born July 20, 1930 in Savoy, Texas, the daughter of Horace Greely and Ruth May Johnson Hicks. Faye married Harold Herbert Stafford on September 4, 1947. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2005. She worked for Levi Strauss as a seamstress and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Farrell Mike Stafford and his wife, Robin of Sherman and Robert Wesley Stafford of Denison; daughter, Harriet Ruth Williams of Sherman; sisters, Joyce Burnett and her husband, Ernest Lee of Norman, Oklahoma; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; and brothers, Jim Hicks, Marvin Hicks and Wesley Hicks.
