My heart is so sad to hear I can not see or talk with you, Joyce. I love you and have missed you for a long time already. I will never forget how you loved and cared for me. You were my hero and taught me so much. You were a mom to me. You taught me how to balance in this life. Thank you. To anyone that reads this Joyce was a fabulous human being who cared more for others. She went beyond. Joyce I will see you in heaven where we both can worship around the throne. To others who have loved and lost this love I will pray for your hearts at this great loss.

Mark and family I was so sorry to read of your loss. Joyce was a sweet and loving person, and I have very fond memories of the time I spent with her and your dad. I know that the two of them are now united in heaven and all is well with them. I pray for your comfort and well-being.

Mark, I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I really enjoyed knowing her and Emmitt and looked forward visiting with them. It was so fun to watch for her to walk through her back yard into Mum’s back yard. Wonderful memories. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Sally and Matthew P.S. Jeff passed away February 2010.

I did not know where Joyce lived and have not heard from her since I was a child. My father and mother were Baxter and Lela Scroggins and my father was a brother to Uncle Hollis. I remember as a very small child we used to visit Uncle Hollis and Aunt Esther in Denison and Joyce was older than myself but I remember them. We lost contact and my father and mother have passed on. I live in Sherman. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and may God bless each of you. I didn’t remember Joyce’s last name but I recognized her face. Did she not have a twin brother named Royce? Again, we are so sorry for your loss.
