Kenneth Faulkner

Kenneth Faulkner, 64, of Pottsboro, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Texas Presbyterian Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
He was born on June 29, 1950 in Sherman to Thomas and Billie Bates Faulkner. He attended schools in both Denison and Pottsboro and then later married Karen Pitts on August 30, 1969 in Fort Worth. Mr. Faulkner was in the National Guard and was of the Baptist faith. He owned Faulkner & Son Water Well Drilling, which he began with his father and then later became partners in the business with his son, John. Kenneth loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
The register book will be available to sign at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home in Denison.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at Georgetown Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lanny Jaresh, John Faulkner, Matthew Faulkner, Bill Wastoskie, Shay Grove and Dylan Simpson.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Faulkner of Pottsboro; sons, John Faulkner and his wife, Candice of Bells, and Matthew Faulkner of Frisco; grandchildren, Dylan Simpson, Cassidy Jeffrey, Montana Faulkner, Cole Faulkner and Emily Faulkner; and sister, Karen Coffey of Baytown, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Terry Faulkner.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX. 75231.
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home.
