Lou was a wonderful husband and father the 13 years we were together. Lou was a father not only to Linzi and Teah, but also to Ryan Merrill and Sabra Merrill. We all shared many wonderful memories together that no one can take away. He was loved very much and will be missed by everyone.

    says:

I was blessed to have Lou as my younger brother, we had wonderful times growing up together. His daughter Linzi made trips from Las Vegas to spend time with him and gave him the opportunity to know his two granddaughters. His daughter Teah saw Lou nearly everyday and his grandson gave a new will to live. He was looking forward to the birth of Teah second child a daughter who is being named after his mother Charlotte. He will be missed in many ways by the ones that took time to visit him. I made many trips from Houston during his long illness to spend time with him and wish I could still be making the trips to see him. I Love You and Miss You Lou, Your Sister Barbara
