Denison
Marvin Leon Lenard, Sr., 69, of Denison passed on to eternal life on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Leon, a lifelong Denison resident, was born March 31, 1947 in Borger, Texas to Monroe Glenice Lenard and Evelyna Frances Murphy.
Memorial services will be held at a later date, however, Johnson-Moore will be open during normal business hours for friends to come by to sign his register book.
Leon was preceded in death by his parents as well as his wife, Pat Nichols.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Lee Shires of Denison; half-brothers, Samuel Russell “Rusty” Dick, Donald Leverne Lenard, Darrell Gene Lenard and Randall DALE Lenard all of Denison. His children, Marvin “Mark” Leon Lenard, Jr. of Denison, TX, Katrina Ann Espinoza of Howe, TX, James Glenice Lenard of Allen, OK, and special custodial relationship with Kayla Shi Anne Hammit of the home.
Leon is survived further by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and large extended family he shared with his wife.
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home.
