Mary (Peach) was more like my sister than my aunt. Anytime we got together we would stay up all night and just talk. We got asked all the time by people if we were sisters because everyone thought we looked so much alike. That was quite an honor for me because I always thought she was so pretty. Sleep well auntie and know you were loved. Bonnie

I will always remember my trip to Texas. Wow! Hard to believe its been 30 years ago. Lee and Peach welcomed me into their home and spoiled me rotten that summer. I still have all of the dolls she had made and sent home with me! To Lee, Christy, Audie, Tony, and Crystal, you are all in my thoughts at this tough time. She is out of pain and rejoicing with all of her siblings and parents! RIP Peach. You was a very special lady and hold a special place in my heart. Love, Wendy VanValkenburg Memmott

I have many fond memories of Peach, here are a few, she was a prankster she enjoyed a good laugh. She liked to barter and trade clothing. She cooked great fried eggs I think I ate a dozen of them one time when she was in salt lake city visiting her dad one time about 30 years ago I visited Texas and had such a great time my sister had to go experience the fun a few months later peach and Lee are wonderful generous people and I was very lucky to have them as my aunt and uncle to Christy and Audie so sorry for the loss of your mom to crystal and Tony your grandmother was so proud of you I know you were very loved by her and Lee you were such a wonderful care giver to peach when she no longer could care for herself fully I know you must have loved her dearly to put up with that Peterson stubbornness for 60 yrs. I know I don’t see or talk to you often but I think of you and your family frequently. Wishing you all the best at this difficult time, Kelly Taylor (van valkenburg)
