Sandra K. Faulkner, 69 of Pottsboro, Texas died at home on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 following a lengthy illness. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home in Denison, Texas on July 24, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lighthouse Church on July 25, 2015 at 10:00 am with Brother Raymond England officiating. Burial will be at Stoney Point Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Texas.
Sandra was born in McKinney, Texas to Eddie and Rosa (Billy) Martin on August 6, 1945. She was an active member of the Trinity Lighthouse Church, enjoyed spending time with her family, playing “Scrabble” and “42”, singing gospel music (especially “Say a Prayer for Me”), boating, fishing, and watching her Dallas Cowboys.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Tim; son, John Salinas & wife, Misty; son James Salinas & wife, Eve; daughter Kellie Smith & husband, Randy; daughter Scarlet Harper & husband, Dempsy; daughter Becky Johnson & husband, Walter; son Samuel Faulkner; twenty-five grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren; sister, Sue Layman; mother-in-law, Betty Faulkner; sister-in-law, Becky Harvey & husband Bill, brother-in-law, Ronnie Faulkner; many extended family members, a multitude of friends and her beloved dog, Benji. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Billy; and her brother, Mike Martin.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Heart To Heart Hospice for their kindness and support in her final days.
