Such a tragic loss of a wonderful person. Growing up with Stephen in Southlake was never short of fun times. Weekend car cruises, Sonic / Kentacohut meetups, and just chilling at Grapevine Lake or Town Square were among the best times we shared with him. We kept in touch after high school, and I wish it were more often. He will be missed by so many who had the pleasure of knowing him. My condolences to his family. Say hello to Murph for us, buddy. – Brian

I had the pleasure of knowing Stephen for two years. He always remembered the smallest details about people and would always try to make people happy. He was always so kind and selfless. Stephen is a beacon of the person I want to be more like and I will think of him when I want to spread more love in the world. We will keep him in our hearts.

I’m not sure if I’m willing to accept this. It honestly hasn’t become real to me.
But I wanted to share that you never stopped being the older brother I never had even with our differing views on religion. You were literally the best Christian I’ve ever met and I hope that you are in heaven as per your belief.
I will miss you very dearly and hope your family is able to live with the happy memories you left us all.
