DENISON-
Virginia Sain, 94 of Denison, passed away on Saturday September 13, 2014 with her loving family by her side.
She was born on March 7, 1920 in Oklahoma City, OK to William and Mary Ann McIntosh Crosswy. She married Harold Sain on November 13, 1935 in Farris, OK. Mrs. Sain retired from Bealls Department Store and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, September 15, 2014 at Fairview Cemetery Chapel with Chaplain Mike Hermanson of Guardian Hospice officiating.
Pallbearers will be Tony Waldrop, Jimmy Gill, Wayne Sain, Harry Brunk and Jerry Brunk.
Survivors include her son, Harold Wayne Sain and his wife, Maureen of Alamo, TX; daughters, Johnnie Waldrop of Denison, and Carol Brunk and her husband, Harry also of Denison; sister, Josephine Hembree of Forth Worth, Texas and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold, sisters, Georgia Wagner and Mary Grandstaff; brothers, Nick Crosswy, Robert Crosswy and Jimmy Crosswy; grandson, DeWayne Gill; and granddaughter, Janna Aucoin.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Guardian Hospice, 614 Travis st., Sherman, TX 75090
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home.
