Addie Jo Harris, 81, passed away at Legacy Living in Denison on Saturday, March 22, 2014.
Private graveside services were held Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
Addie Jo was born on November 29, 1932 in Weston, Texas, the daughter of Joe Thomas and Edith Hicks Hardwicke. Addie Jo married Hobert Ogle who preceded her in death. She then married Charles Byron Harris on July 13, 2003 in San Antonio, Texas. He preceded her in death on March 9, 2014.
She is survived by her son, Gary Ogle of Austin, TX; daughter, Linda Keese and her husband, Earl of Denison; grandsons, Jonathan Keese and his wife, Chelsee of Tom Ball, TX, Steven Ogle and his wife, Lisa of Austin, TX, Philip Ogle of Austin, TX; granddaughter, Mona Ogle of Austin, TX; six great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Flo Howlett; nephews, Donald Howlett and his wife, Jonette and Thomas Howlett and his wife, Donna all of Missouri; two great nephews, two great nieces, four great-great nephews and four great-great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Hobert Ogle and Charles B. Harris.
The family request donations to Home Hospice of Grayson County, P.O. Box 2306, Sherman, TX 75091-2306.
The family wishes to thank the employees and staff of Legacy Living and Home Hospice of Grayson County for the wonderful care, compassion and attention she received while she was in their care. A special thank you to the volunteers who sat with Addie Jo and afforded the family some much needed rest.
