Andy Glen Fields, 47, of Durant, Oklahoma died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Oklahoma University Presbyterian Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Arledge Ridge Cemetery in Bonham. Minister Timothy Cox will officiate.
He was born in Hugo, Oklahoma on June 23, 1966, the son of Tommy D. and Frankie L Johnson Fields. He attended school in Dekalb, Texas and was an auto mechanic.
The family suggest memorials in his name to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231
He is survived by his son, Jeremy Glen Fields of Branson, MO; daughter, Sandra Kaye Fields of Garland, TX; granddaughter, Loretta Mae Fields of Branson, MO; girlfriend, Barbara Williams of Durant, OK; brothers, Wayne Fields and Randy Fields, both of Bonham, TX and Ricky Fields of Ohio; sisters, Melba Harris of Bonham, TX and Sandra Cox of Texarkana, TX and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
