Anna Marie Brown age 66 of Pottsboro, Texas passed away peacefully at Texoma Medical Center with her family by her side on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.
Anna was born on January 22, 1955, in Clarksville, Texas the daughter of Gerald and Doris Parks of Deport, Texas. She graduated from Sherman High School and later married the love of her life, Jimmy Brown, they spent 37 loving years together.
Mom loved her time with her children and grandchildren along with tending to her garden, mowing, and quilting. She always had a smile on her face bright enough to light a room, she never met a stranger, and a heart of gold with so much compassion for others. She was a busy body, even after retirement she went and worked with her family at Lankford Roofing as an Office Manager. Anna was a true Christian and an active member of Hagerman Baptist Church. She loved to cook and share her food with everyone, she was known as MOM to close family friends.
Anna is survived by her husband, Jimmy Brown. Her son, Matthew Brown of Plano TX, and daughter, Kati Wetzel & Steve of Denison TX. She has two grandsons Caleb, and Logan Wetzel. Her brother Dean & Cyndee Parks of Greenville TX and children Melanie & Micah. Her sister Betty & Alan Dollins of Blossom TX, and their daughters Shelbie & Lauren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald, and Doris Parks and one sister, Shirley White from Paris, Tx. A Celebration of Life will be 2pm Sunday, June 27 at Hagerman Bapitist Church with Neal Alexander officiating.

    I met Anna when I worked at PayPal in Omaha, Ne. She was the sweetest lady I knew. She would give or help with anything you needed. I will sure miss her!!
