Anthy Grigsby Shackelford, 59, died on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Anthy is finally at peace after battling a variety of health issues.
Anthy was born in Dallas, Texas on January 30, 1957, the daughter of Harold “Gene” and Norma Whitley Grigsby. She graduated from Denison High School and worked in the medical field as an administrative assistant and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her mother, Norma Grigsby of Denison; son, Aaron Goodwin and his wife, Tasha of Washington; daughter, Alisa Grigsby McKinley and her husband, Kevin of Rowlett, Texas; sisters, Gigi Grigsby Toler and her husband, Chris and Tanya Grigsby Atkins all of Pottsboro and grandchildren, Nate, David, Tara, Karla and Skyler.
She was proceded in death by her father, Gene Grigsby.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home with Brother Danny Wood officiating.
