DENISON-
Donald Ray Allen, 82 of Denison passed away at his home on Friday, February 20, 2015.
Mr. Allen was born on October 8, 1932 in Mineola, TX. to Sammul and Louise Stovall Allen.
Donald received his education in California and finished with a Bachelors degree. He was a truck driver and a member of East Baptist Church. He married Emma Diffey on October 1, 1951 in California.
Memorial services will be held 12:00 PM, Friday, March 6, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery Chapel with Reverend Brett Castle officiating.
Survivors include his sons, Donald Allen, Jr. and Dennis Allen of Denison, and Darryl Allen of Tyler; daughter, Deborah Newsome of Denison; sisters, Sammi Williams of Oregon and Cheryl Takemoto of California; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Emma.
