Dustin Bailey

June 21, 1985 - April 4, 2024

Dustin Bailey, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 38. He was born on June 21, 1985, in Garland, Texas, to Chris and Becky (Hooper) Bailey.

Dustin was a devoted family man, and on April 25, 2014, he married the love of his life, Rachel. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Dustin was a doting father to his daughters, Cheyenne Crawford, Taylor Thomas and Lena Thomas.

A man of many passions, Dustin found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a deep love for fishing and camping, finding solace in the great outdoors. However, his true passion lay in the world of racing, particularly NASCAR, where he found excitement and camaraderie.

Dustin is survived by his loving wife, Rachel Bailey; his daughters, Cheyenne Crawford and Taylor Thomas; his mother, Becky Bailey; his sister, Jordan White; four brothers-in-law, Josh White, Kenneth Kirchen, Anthony Thomas, and Gerald Worth; four sisters-in-law, Katherine Clark, Jamie Kirchen, Connie Thomas, and April Worth; four uncles; six aunts; twelve cousins; seventeen nieces; six nephews; and twelve great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lena Thomas; his father, Chris Bailey; and his grandparents, Joan Wilburn, Martha Dickson, Lester Dickson, Jimmie Bailey, and Robert Hooper Sr.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date, followed by a barbecue to celebrate Dustin’s life and the cherished memories he leaves behind. Dustin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace.
