Edward D. Keeter passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:55 a.m. at TMC. He was surrounded by family at the time of passing.
Ed served his country honorably as a USMC and USAF service member.
Ed is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jan Keeter; mother Annie Ruhrer, two sisters, Mila Rouse and Bonnie Keeter; five children, Doug Keeter, David Sandlin, Angie McKinney, Lavon Bass and Tisha Wheelock and families. He also is survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is loved and missed by all family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Pottsboro VFW Post 7873, Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations for American Legion MIA Post 231 Rebuild to American Legion Post 231, 27 Rock Creek Ct., Pottsboro, TX 75076.
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home.
