Katrina Janice Lynch, 88, of Denison passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Texoma Medical Center.
She was born on June 15, 1925 to Robert Leon and Mabel Shaw Cochneuer in Yarnaby, OK.. She graduated from Tulsa Central High School in Tulsa, OK. Katrina married Edward A. Simms, Sr. in 1944 in Durant, OK. She later married Charlie Lynch in 1962. She was a homemaker and a member of Parkside Baptist Church and past member of the DAV Ladies Auxiliary and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, both of Denison .
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, March 21, 2014 at The Chapel on The Hill Mausoleum in Cedarlawn Memorial Park with the Reverend Jerry Coffman officiating and music provided by Dave Purkey.
Survivors include her Son, Edward Simms, Jr. of Denison; and Granddaughters, Alicia Hight of McKinney, Holly Fielder of North Las Vegas and Laura Fulenchek of Denton. She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands Edward Simms, Sr. and Charlie Lynch; and sister, Ouida Cochneuer.
