Nelda Jean Tomlinson, 80, passed away Friday, July 20, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery.
Nelda was born April 9, 1932 in Grayson County, Texas to Fred Jack and Wilma Lucille Hainline Pitman. Nelda graduated from Denison High School, worked for McGraw Restaurant and Luby’s Cafeteria. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Monday at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home in Denison.
She is survived by her son, Larry Tomlinson of Denison; brother, Bob Pitman of Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren, Mykle Tomlinson of Austin, Texas and Shawn Tomlinson of Denison; one great-grandson, Daxlee Tomlinson of Denison.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Patricia Tomlinson.
