I don’t know where to start, there are so many great memories in my life on behalf of my uncle. I’m confused and completely lost. This seems to be completely unreal. If I was having a bad day he always had a way to put a smile on my face. I spent most of my childhood with my uncle. I have the comfort of knowing he is in a much better place, back with his father in heaven. I already miss you Uncle Billy. R.I.P.

Billy is gone way too soon. What a character he was. Always making people laugh and cheering you up when you were having a bad day. He wouldn’t quit until he made you smile. Along with all the people around him. Billy was always wiling to help others. It wasn’t a problem for him because he was so talented at so many things. He made lots of freinds while he was in our area. Where ever he frequented, they knew who “Billy” was. He will be missed by so many of us. I will have a hard time not saying Billy and Crystal’s. It just went together. God bless his family and freinds. Dolly Foster Family. McCook Lake, South Dakota
