Bill has been a long time friend and co-worker. I love him and will miss him greatly. We have been through a lot together and I feel my life has been made better by knowing him. I will never ever forget him, but I look forward to the day when I will see him again in heaven. My prayers are with you.

A poem for Mrs. Carter to remember the man that always made me laugh and was always willing to help fix that FORD. As you enter the kingdom of heaven may you no longer suffer the pain that brought you to heavens gate. I hope that your smile upon us all is bigger than the one I will always hold on to. Your laughter surrounds me when times are hard and when times are good, I just want you to know that I will always cherish the time that we had. I know that you are going to be there when my time has come for me to come home and that you will be the same man that I fell in love with all those years ago. May we never forget and my we always dance. Bill Carter was one of those men that always had a joke and always made you smile. I will think of you often for you were one of those people that cared just enough when I needed it the most. I will miss going to the shop just to give you a hard time and most importantly I will miss that smile and that voice. Your always tried to get me and Brian together but it just didn’t work, those days will always hold a place in my heart you were like another Dad and I thank you for that. Lisa Seale the daughter of James and Mary Seale.

To Bill’s family It was with a great sense of loss when we heard of Bill’s death. We wanted to let you know that you have our greatest sympathy, and our hearts are truly saddened. Bill was more than just a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him on every dealership contact. He brought many “honest” smiles and laughs in everything he would do or say, we will miss him. And, we know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him. Bill will always remain within our hearts, and we have included Bill and you all in our daily prayers. May God give you strength. With our deepest sympathy, Connie Airington/Alan Fass
